Depending on where you start, the first stage is an undulating steady trail through the trees. If you come down Not For Granny etc, then you can enjoy a longer section of flatter terain before the climb begins.
For those who enjoy a good climb then this is a good trail for you. For everyone else just think how much your fitness is improving on the way up.
There is a cool uphill switchback section towards the top.
Difficult to give a hill climb a high rating, but as this trail is well built and flows nicely, it certainly isn't a low rated trail either.

Since this uphill trail (and Judgement Call) were added at Woodhill my fitness level has increased a heck of a lot.
I remember the first time I came back up Reverse Psychology, and I took a much needed break halfway up, but now I can not only get back up in a single shot, I am timing my ascent back to the top, and seeing improvements all the time.
This trail is a great challenge, and a great way to get fitter and stronger. Would also like to note how the trail builders have added improvements on a few corners recently.
