No Vacancy is one of the trails that lead back down to the car park at the end of the ride, and it is a great way to finish a ride at Woodhill.
The trail starts off Walker Road, and has a short uphill section at the beginning with a couple of low wooden structure challenges for those who wish to ride them, for those who don't you just stick to the trail. At the end of this short uphill section is where the fun begins.
The remainder of No Vacancy is fun, fast, flowing and downhill. The trail consists mainly of gentle berms, and low bumps and humps that you can travel over at speed. The initial part of the forest is made up of younger trees, before you head back into more mature forest.
If travelling at speed you can easily be back in the car park from the top in under four minutes, but this trail is just as much fun for less experienced bikers, who can keep a nice steady downhill flow, without feeling out of control, and doesn't have any sections that are particulary tricky for those new to the sport.
Take care as you get to the end, as after the final sharp right-hand corner, a trail called Over and Out merges from the left just before the final descent down to the end and Eastern Boundary Road.
Continue across the road to get back to the car park.
This is one of the best beginner trails at Woodhill, while offering one last speedy flowing descent at the end of a great ride.

Yeah I really like this trail. It can be a fast trail if you chose to go quickly or if you want to go a bit slower and enjoy the corners. At the start there is an uphill bit with a couple of wooden obstacles, the first one is quite narrow and probably quite hard (i have never done it!), but the second one is achievable it you go a reasonable pace and then if need be you can pedal in the middle of it, but DO NOT pedal on the last bump or your pedal could get caught on the wood. The rest of the trail is through young trees and then near the end it goes back into the big trees for a bit and then back into the car park. Overall i think it is probably the best way to finish a bike ride at Woodhill and i highly recommend it to others.

Took the kids to Woodhill this weekend and this was their favourite trail. Even though it is mainly downhill it is still easy enough for the kids to enjoy. The middle part through the new forest is the best section. Nice trail with enough to entertain most riders of all ages.
